Due to the recent rise in the price of fuel, door-to-door shipping has become even more expensive. For a door delivery at most destinations, you can expect an additional charge of approximately $500 to $1,500 depending on the volume and the distance. Of course, larger shipments can be even more. You can save a significant sum by arranging the final leg of your shipment using a private or rented vehicle.
For the past several months most countries have prohibited tea chests as shipping containers unless they are fumigated. Fumigation is also an expensive, time-consuming process, which is, in fact, not that easy to find. We recommend that our customers not use tea chests or other forms of wooden containers.
