Packing Service Minimum

Econoship can provide a packing service in most locations in Japan. The fee for packing is 39,000 yen per day. There is also a two-cubic-meter  minimum for shipments that include a packing service. Those needing assistance in packing will be charged for two cubic meters even if the Official Measurements for the shipment are less than that amount. Please contact our office for details. 

Free Box Offer

Econoship is currently giving 10 boxes free of charge to all those shipping with us. If you send us an Econoship Application Form, and set a pickup date with us, we will send you 3 small, 4 medium, and 3 large size boxes free of charge.  Normally these strong, 8 mm boxes would cost 5,900 yen, including delivery. Please contact our office for more details

Application and Forms

Each form is a Portable Document Format (pdf) document, which is suitable for printing.

  1. Download the Application Form and/or other forms.
  2. Print and fill out the forms. Please print neatly.
  3. Fax the completed forms to 0980-845-053.
  4. You may also type the information directly onto the Econoship Application Form, save it within your system, and send it back to us as an attachment.
